Dear traveller,
We spend our time searching Italy for the parts of it worth travelling for: the house you wake up in, what is worth doing once you are there, and the people whose craft is worth going out of your way for.
A house enters the collection only after it has been checked, and the collection stays deliberately small. We would rather know a handful of houses well enough to recommend one with confidence than list every house in the country. One villa, one region, your own pace.
Around the house sits the part that is hard to find on your own: the cook who decides the menu at the market that morning, the family that has worked the same vines for four generations, the guide who knows which door is worth knocking on. That network was built up over time, one introduction at a time.
Some of the best of Italy is hidden in plain sight. Knowing where to look is the whole job, and it is why the difference from a booking platform shows in the conversation before the booking.
Tell us where you want to go, when, and how many of you are travelling. We come back with a shortlist that fits, and we introduce you to the owner. You book with them. And you never pay us any fee.
