Philip Beshara is a Washington strategist who has spent his career at the intersection of business, technology, and government. He spent over a decade in Big Law, including the defense, national security, and government contracts practice of one of the nation's most prestigious law firms — advising companies through high‑stakes crises and investigations, both nationwide and around the world.
