Help to live independently

Most people in Lincolnshire are able to remain living independently in their own homes.

If you are looking for ways to cope with everyday tasks and think you need care, advice and support is available in your community to help you to stay independent.

To find out what help is available to you, visit the Connect to Support website here , for a range of advice including:

* help with meals and shopping

* adaptations for your home

* equipment to stay independent

* technology for independent living

* walking and mobility aids

Better Care Support is our self-evaluation resource tool. It offers tailored information and advice based on your circumstances and situation. You can access the tool here .

If you feel your needs require longer term support, we can help. We can provide information and advice on how to get you the right support, contact us to have that conversation .

Digital Inclusion Strategy

We have helped develop the Lincolnshire Digital Inclusion Strategy. This forms the Integrated Care System’s Digital Strategy.

We are committed to tackling health imbalances in Lincolnshire. Including those who lack the ability to use digital services or systems. Our aim is to improve digital inclusion for the residents of the county.

You can view the full Digital Inclusion Strategy for more information.
