Assessment Began Winter 2024
Lead: Dr. Dawn Janke , Executive Director, Office of Writing & Learning
Faculty Lead: Dr. Krista Speicher Sarraf , Assistant Professor and Director of Technical and Professional Communication, English Department
The current core competency assessment cycle began in 2023; the university will assess all six core competencies by the time of the next WSCUC Reaffirmation Site Visit in 2032. Written Communication is the first core competency to be assessed during this cycle, a project to be carried out through Spring 2026.
