Completed Projects Courier Square Phase 1 The Guild The Guild: In partnership with Greystar, an experienced developer and multi-family property operator, Courier Square co-invested in the equity and retained a long-term ground lease. The Guild is a mixed-use development located in downtown Charleston, SC consisting of 220 multi-family units that was completed in 2018. Learn More about The Guild Greystar Corporate Headquarters Located next to The Guild, Courier Square holds a long-term ground lease for Greystar’s corporate headquarters consisting of 80,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Learn More about Greystar Ongoing Projects Courier Square, A gateway to the Charleston Peninsula Courier Square Phase 2A Courier Square is partnering with Greystar to plan, design, and develop a 300 multi-family project, spanning 3-4 buildings utilizing plentiful green space. Courier Square co-invested in the equity and retained a long-term ground lease. Courier Square Phase 2B Courier Square is partnering with Liberty , a family-owned operator and developer in healthcare.Together they are developing luxury senior living with residential ownership on 2.5 acres in downtown Charleston, SC. The Peninsula of Charleston project will consist of 150 independent living units with high end amenities and 60 assisted living and memory care units.
