The Diversity Partners Network (DPN) is a critical effort toward strengthening Cal Poly’s collective commitment to inclusive and accessible learning environments where every member of our community can thrive. The DPN cultivates a more informed and connected network of professionals dedicated to advancing belonging, student success, and a culture of equity across campus. It also deepens the campus’s knowledge and understanding of the role and work of Culture and Institutional Excellence (CIX). The DPN has the potential to significantly enhance Cal Poly’s ability to create a more unified approach to student success and belonging. Examples of this impact include: * Collective advocacy for policies and initiatives that advance inclusive and accessible learning environments. * Collaboration across campus through expanded networks of faculty, staff, and leaders committed to fostering student belonging and achievement. * Consistent and clear communication about CIX's priorities, projects, and programs. * Informed and coordinated strategies that strengthen support for addressing equity gaps across campus. * Expanded leadership development opportunities for professionals who champion student success and inclusive practices across campus. Membership  The DPN is a diverse group of professionals who gather regularly to develop holistic and coordinated strategies that promote an inclusive campus climate and a culture of belonging.
