The University’s procurement functions are centralized with Procurement Specialists being ultimately responsible for all purchasing decisions. Procurement Services is responsible for executing contracts in accordance with State of California law, California State University policy, and campus policy. Procurement Specialists have the authority to obligate the University. Therefore, unauthorized purchase may not be honored.
